How I do Healing

I provide virtual therapy for individuals, 14 years old and up, who are either beginning or continuing their work. Coming to therapy to work on yourself, your relationship, or your family can be a vulnerable experience. When you come to see me to support your process you can expect me to be warm, containing, grounding, and ready to meet you where you are at. I do 55-minute sessions but can do longer or shorter sessions, depending on your needs.

Techniques and Treatment Modalities Used

Throughout the course of treatment, I rely upon multiple treatment modalities and techniques, catered to the needs and goals of the client, symptoms and root causes. I am passionate about bringing all aspects of one’s self into congruency—emotional, physical, sexual, relational, cognitive and spiritual.

I have adopted a holistic, integrative approach that informs my work with clients. I have read widely and am educated by my own experiences, which have led me to draw certain aspects from the following philosophies.

My goal is not to “fix” people because I do not view them as “broken.” I believe my role is to engage with you in an empathetic, supportive, encouraging way so that you can tap into and learn to trust your own inner wisdom as you open yourself to new ways of being and doing. You are the expert on you!
